Siegfried G. Kenswil LL.M. is a Dutch-trained international tax lawyer with nearly twenty years of experience in oil & gas legal and fiscal advisory. He has advised both governments and multinational investors on Production Sharing Contracts, stabilisation frameworks, and international tax matters connecting Suriname and the European Union. 

Siegfried has served as part of negotiation teams for PSCs and fiscal reforms, bringing first-hand understanding of how law, taxation, and policy intersect.
He works through Quadriga Tax & Legal, combining legal precision, fiscal insight, and a commitment to transparent, defensible solutions.
